I'm a nature loving artist focusing my work on stunning landscapes & beautiful animals in my impressionistic style.

Full of colour, quite maximalist regarding details but keeping it abstract enough to have a unique style - the aim is to draw the viewer into the painting and hopefully feel some joy whilst taking in all the elements in the work.

Inspiration

I am UK born but spent a few years abroad in the Pyrenees during my teens so the outdoors lifestyle really marked me. I just couldn't get enough of the scenery, there was always something new to see every day & every season and at the time I would draw Simpsons or comics rather than landscape painting.

I started painting again in my mid 20's after studying Animation in uni and focusing mainly on digital art I realised I missed the physical side of drawing so I eventually came back round to painting what I loved - nature. Paired with hiking, kayaking and other outdoorsy hobbies with my partner this has really helped me with painting ideas over the years.
